  • Overall Conditions: Lighter winds this morning. Very small surf. I rode my bike to S-Turns this morning and it looked very nice.
  • Webcams: Napili Kai
  • Surf: 1-2ft.
  • Weather:
    E wind 14 to 18 kt. Isolated showers before noon. Mixed swell…WSW 1 ft at 13 seconds and NNW 1 ft at 10 seconds. Waves around 4 ft.

  • Overall Conditions: Light winds, small surf make for great snorkeling conditions at Kaanapali. Looks like it is going to be a very nice day.
  • Webcam: Whaler Condo. Sheraton.
  • Surf: 1-3ft.
  • Weather:
    ENE wind 5 to 15 kt. Sunny. N swell 0 ft at 0 seconds. Waves 1 ft or less.
  • Notes: Don’t snorkel directly under Black Rock, you don’t want to get jumped on. Turtles as usual. Don’t forget they are protected so give them space but enjoy. If you venture around Black Rock stay close to shore. Watch for surge along the rocks.

  • Overall Conditions: Light winds. South swell is still present although it has dissipated a bit.
  • Weather: ENE wind 5 to 15 kt. Sunny. N swell 0 ft at 0 seconds. Waves 1 ft or less.
  • Surf: 2-4ft
  • Notes: Give the turtles some space and don’t get your car stuck in the sand.

  • Overall Conditions: Same conditions are persisting with this what seems like never ending south swell. The beach locations are stirred up. Ahihi Kinau might be doable but its a bit of a rugged spot so if in doubt don’t go out. Head to West Maui for way better conditions.
  • Webcams: Wailea Marriott, Sugar Beach, Kalama Park, Rentals Maui
  • Surf: 2-4ft.
  • Weather: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming WNW 5 to 7 kt in the afternoon. Sunny. N swell 0 ft at 0 seconds. Waves 1 ft or less.
  • Notes: Winds may fill in later, always best to get out early.
