9Honolua Bay
Honolua Map- Overall Conditions Flat surf, breezy winds. Inside Honolua should be nice and calm.
- Surf: 0-1ft.
- Weather: Isolated showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Breezy, with an east wind 20 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
-
Notes: Rocky shoreline sheltered bay. Use the Honolua Lookout before the bay to check conditions. The water should be blue and you should be able to see the reef. If the water looks “milky” or green the snorkeling will not be good. If there are surfers on the north side of the bay the snorkeling conditions are probably poor or even dangerous. If it has been raining the river empties brown, muddy water into the bay and you should definitely stay out of the water.
Ka'anapali Beach
