Upper Westside Protected Bays

Napili, Kapalua, Honolua
  • Still a north swell rolling in. Watch for waves.
  • Surf 4-6ft
  • Conditions may vary amongst the different bays but should be relatively consistent.
  • Scattered showers, mainly before noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Breezy, with an east wind around 16 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Ka'anapali Beach

Sheraton Black Rock, Airport-Kahekili Beach
  • Watch for waves.
  • No crowds, have the beach to yourself.
  • Surf 2-4ft.
  • Turtles as usual. Don't forget they are protected so give them space but enjoy.
  • Isolated showers before noon. Sunny, with a high near 86. South southwest wind 5 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

  • Looking like one of the nicer places to snorkel on the West Side today.
  • Easy parking, no crowds, don't get your car stuck in the sand.
  • Small surf 1-2ft.
  • Turtles! They are protected so give them space but enjoy.
  • Sunny, with a high near 86. West wind 5 to 7 mph becoming south in the afternoon.
