Upper Westside Protected Bays

Napili, Kapalua, Honolua
  • Strong south wind and swell conditions are present. Upper West side offers the best shelter. The current north swell doesn't seem to be hitting hard in the upper west bays. Surf conditions look moderately calm in Napili Bay right now, however strong winds are present. Watch for larger waves, stay close to shore and if in doubt don't go out.
  • Check out this webcam from Napili Sunset.
  • Surf 4-6ft at Honolua Bay.
  • Conditions may vary amongst the different bays but should be relatively consistent.
  • Sunny, with a high near 80. Windy, with a south wind 18 to 28 mph, with gusts as high as 41 mph.
