Upper Westside Protected Bays

Napili, Kapalua, Honolua
  • Winds have picked up a bit. North swell on the way but conditions look good for most of the day.
  • Surf 4-6ft
  • Conditions may vary amongst the different bays but should be relatively consistent.
  • Isolated showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Breezy, with a northeast wind 17 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

  • Winds have picked up a bit but the surf is small so snorkeling should be pretty good. Waves may pick up later in the day.
  • No crowds have the beach to yourself.
  • Surf 1-2ft
  • Turtles as usual. Don't forget they are protected so give them space but enjoy.
  • Sunny, with a high near 83. Windy, with a northeast wind 13 to 18 mph increasing to 19 to 24 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 31 mph.

  • Easy parking, no crowds, don't get your car stuck in the sand.
  • Small surf 0-2ft.
  • Turtles! They are protected so give them space but enjoy.
  • Sunny, with a high near 83. Windy, with a northeast wind 9 to 14 mph increasing to 19 to 24 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 34 mph.
