7Honolua Bay
Honolua Map- Overall Conditions: Visibility looks pretty good inside the bay this morning. Some smaller waves still coming in so be aware getting in and out along the rocks.
- Surf: 1-3ft.
- Weather: Similar to Upper West Bays
-
Notes: Rocky shoreline sheltered bay. Use the Honolua Lookout before the bay to check conditions. The water should be blue and you should be able to see the reef. If the water looks “milky” or green the snorkeling will not be good. If there are surfers on the north side of the bay the snorkeling conditions are probably poor or even dangerous. If it has been raining the river empties brown, muddy water into the bay and you should definitely stay out of the water.

7Ka'anapali Beach
Sheraton Black Rock, Airport-Kahekili Beach- Overall Conditions: Both Black Rock and Airport Beach look beautiful this morning. Currents are still stronger the further you go out so stay closer to shore.
- Webcam: Whaler Condos Sheraton
- Surf: 0-2 ft.
- Weather: Sunny, with a high near 79. East wind 8 to 13 mph.
- Notes: Don’t snorkel directly under Black Rock, you don’t want to get jumped on. Turtles as usual. Don’t forget they are protected so give them space but enjoy. If you venture around Black Rock stay close to shore. Watch for surge along the rocks.
