- Weather: Isolated showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. Breezy, with an east wind 16 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Honolua Map- Overall Conditions: Similar to north bays. Calm winds, small surf. Surf is predicted to come up a little today so watch for surge along the rocks. Looks like a nice day.
- Surf: 2-3ft.
- Weather: Similar to the north bays.

Notes: Rocky shoreline sheltered bay. Use the Honolua Lookout before the bay to check conditions. The water should be blue and you should be able to see the reef. If the water looks “milky” or green the snorkeling will not be good. If there are surfers on the north side of the bay the snorkeling conditions are probably poor or even dangerous. If it has been raining the river empties brown, muddy water into the bay and you should definitely stay out of the water.

Sheraton Black Rock, Airport-Kahekili Beach- Overall Conditions: Calm winds, small surf. This spot may be one of the best today as its not catching the small north or south swells.

- Surf: 1-2 ft.
- Weather: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming ENE 10 to 15 kt in the morning. Mostly sunny
- Notes: Don’t snorkel directly under Black Rock, you don’t want to get jumped on. Turtles as usual. Don’t forget they are protected so give them space but enjoy. If you venture around Black Rock stay close to shore. Watch for surge along the rocks.

8Olowalu Mile Marker 14
Black Rock, Kahekili-Airport Beach- Overall Conditions: Calm winds. Small surf in the area.
- Weather: Similar to South Maui.
- Notes: Give the turtles some space and don’t get your car stuck in the sand. There is a sand channel that goes through the reef across the highway from the Mile Marker 14 post that is the easiest place to swim out.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. North northeast wind around 6 mph becoming west in the morning.
- Notes: Winds may fill in later, always best to get out early.
