Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed when purchasing retail items or activities. Rental items are paid for when you pick up the items. Website pricing for rental items does not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax, which is added to the cost when picking up and paying for your rental items. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
